A: Lead prices range from 75¢ to $16

Q: Are the leads offered to multiple agents?
A: The leads will go to no more than up to 3 agents or you can choose to receive exclusive leads. The average lead goes to no more than 2 agents.

Q: What if I need help?
A: We have a knowledgeable helpful support staff ready to answer your questions.

Q: How are my leads delivered?
A: We deliver your leads throughout the day in real time by email.

Q: How do you generate the travel leads?
A: All travel leads are generated from our network of internet sites and affiliate relationships. Consumers find our sites though search engines like Google, Yahoo, or AOL. In addition, weekly newsletters are emailed to a large opt-in client list. All data is provided straight from the consumer.

Q: How are the leads qualified?
A: We require the consumer to complete a detailed questionnaire with information that requires time to complete which indicates they have a serious interest in speaking with you.

Q: What information is included in a lead?
A: All of our leads are sent in real time with a time and date stamp. The lead contains the contact information for the client plus the name of the tour provider with their website and 800 number if available, and the link or URL to view the offer before you phone the client. This way you know exactly what the client was looking at prior to contacting them.

Q: What about “bad’ leads? What is your replacement policy?
A: We will replace a lead if: 1) It is fake or 2) it is a duplicate lead.

Q: Are you involved with the clients in any way?
A: No. Our only participation is to bring new clients to you through our lead system. We match you with the type of traveler that you specialize in. You work with the client as you always have and hopefully forge a long-term profitable relationship.

Q: What kind of results should I expect?
A: Our clients report back that 10 – 40% of the travel leads we provide result in sales. That’s not taking into account the possibility of other future sales and the ability to gain referrals from these leads.

Q: What about commission - how do you make a profit?
A: We don't touch the commission. That's yours to keep 100%. We charge per lead to  introduce you to highly qualified travelers looking to plan a trip or cruise. The price of the lead is determined by the value of the booking. That's it — no processing fees, no membership fees, no commitment. Use us when you want more business.
