    Procedures for requesting and 
    receiving credit for invalid referrals
 

  1. You have total control over your account and will receive weekly automated “statements”. The weekly statement is not a bill; the statement is a recap of all the agent referral activity during the last seven-day period, Monday thru Sunday
     
  2. Leads can be viewed online - http://extranet.bizreferrals.com
     
  3. Weekend and vacation hold options are available
     
  4. You can shut your account off anytime you choose
     
  5. You can view your leads online, request credits online, see your balance online, add funds online and change your lead amounts on a daily basis
     
  6. All credit requests are submitted online through your extranet account - no phone calls required
     
  7. Credits for invalid referrals are accepted up to 14 days from statement dates
     
  8. All credits will be reflected, showing credits received and reasons within your Monthly Invoices
