4TravelAgents (operated by Elevenx2 LLC) is a software tool that helps independent travel agents, host-agency agents and small agencies draft marketing content, manage their own client lists, and send email their clients agreed to receive. By using 4TravelAgents you agree to these terms.
The tool, not the marketer
4TravelAgents drafts content; you approve it and you are responsible for what you publish and send. Your social accounts, your client relationships, and your customer data remain yours.
Play fair
Only add clients to your list who actually agreed to hear from you. Don't use 4TravelAgentsto send spam, anything unlawful, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Client texting (business owners)
If you turn on texting, you agree to the 4TravelAgents messaging terms: you will only text clients who texted your business's number first or who ticked the text box to opt in; you will stop texting anyone who replies STOP right away; you will not use purchased or rented phone lists; and you will follow the content rules (no scams, threats, or anything unlawful). You authorize 4TravelAgents to get a texting number for your business and to file the carrier registration for your business on your behalf, using the business details you give us. Carriers decide whether to approve texting, and we can turn texting off for a business that breaks these rules. We keep a record of your agreement (who, when, and the wording shown). Clients see the text messaging terms.
Pilot service
4TravelAgentsis currently an invite-only pilot, provided “as is” without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Leaving
You can stop using 4TravelAgents any time and take your client list with you — email mccoy@elevenx2.comand we'll export it and delete your data on request.
